As the Store Manager at Floralux, you are responsible for the strategic development and growth of our Sint-Pieters-Leeuw location. You play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence, customer experience, and the overall performance of the branch. You report directly to senior management and collaborate closely with other departments within the organization.

Entrepreneurship and Growth
- Initiate and guide the branch’s growth strategy, focusing on both short- and long-term results.
- Actively think about expanding the product range, introducing new services, and leveraging market opportunities.
- Optimize store processes and achieve commercial objectives.
People Management
- Lead a motivated and strong team, including recruiting, training, and developing employees.
- Create a positive and energetic work environment where employees feel supported and valued.
- Motivate and coach the team in a result-oriented manner, focusing on collaboration and personal development.
Customer Service and Store Experience
- Ensure customers always leave the store with a smile. Understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Implement customer satisfaction strategies aligned with company values.
- Respond to market trends and customer needs to continuously improve the store experience.
Sales and Marketing
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Create impactful store presentations and organize promotional and marketing activities.
- Monitor competition closely and anticipate market changes.
Operational and Financial Management
- Ensure efficient operational processes, from inventory management to compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage financial administration, including budgets and profitability goals.
- Analyze financial reports and make informed decisions to improve performance.
What we expect from you

General Expertise
- A bachelor’s degree in retail management, business administration, or a similar field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Basic knowledge of financial administration, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and French, both written and spoken.

- Strong commercial insight and the ability to recognize and seize opportunities.
- Self-driven with the ability to take initiatives and actively contribute to store and team growth.
- Result-oriented with a focus on motivating and developing the team.
