Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and marketing? As a Channel Marketeer, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales growth across multiple distribution channels such as wholesale, DIY, and e-commerce.
You’ll develop and implement communication strategies aimed at maximizing channel performance while building strong, collaborative relationships with key partners. Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll align tools, campaigns, and messaging to boost results and ensure consistency with business goals.
You’ll monitor ongoing campaigns, conduct market research, stay ahead of trends and customer insights, and translate findings into actionable plans. This role is a great mix of hands-on execution and strategic planning — and it requires a solid dose of stakeholder management to keep all parties aligned and engaged.
You will be part of the Marketing Communication team and report directly to the Marketing Communication Manager.

✔️ Analyze campaign and sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
✔️ Conduct market research to stay on top of trends, competitors, and customer needs
✔️ Collaborate with Sales to tailor messaging, manage promotional tools, and support events
✔️ Provide key partners with the tools and support needed to promote products effectively
✔️ Develop communication plans, manage sales tools, and help organize events
✔️ Take ownership of key marketing projects, including budget and stakeholder management
Your Profile
🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
🔹 Minimum 5 years of experience in channel marketing or a similar role
🔹 Proven ability to develop and implement sales-driving strategies
🔹 Strong skills in market research and competitor analysis
🔹 Solid understanding of sales processes and working closely with Sales teams
🔹 Experience in a B2B environment is essential
🔹 Excellent relationship-building skills with wholesalers, e-commerce platforms, and distributors
🔹 Confident in challenging sales requests to ensure strategic alignment
🔹 Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align cross-functional interests
🔹 A balanced mindset: both strategic and hands-on
🔹 Experience in wholesale, DIY, or e-commerce is a strong asset
🔹 Languages: native Dutch speaker with fluent English and French
