Where will you take us?
People Strategy π€ β’ Leadership & Mentorship π¨βπ« β’ HR Innovation π
As the HR Manager at Floralux, you will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of HR, ensuring our HR policies and culture align with the companyβs vision. You will manage a dynamic team, including two HR Business Partners and a Recruiter, each with their own expertise. Your focus will be on talent attraction, retention, employee development, and digital transformation in HR.
You will report directly to the CFO and collaborate closely with senior management to drive organizational success.
What will you do?
HR Strategy & Growth
π Develop and implement innovative HR strategies that foster a culture of growth and continuous learning.
π Lead HR projects that enhance employee engagement, from training initiatives to digital transformation.
π Optimize HR processes and policies to align with business objectives.
Talent Management & Leadership
π Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring they have the tools and support to succeed.
π Oversee talent acquisition for key positions, ensuring the right people join our team.
π Develop learning & development (L&D) programs to nurture employeesβ careers.
Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
π Act as a strategic advisor to managers on HR-related challenges and employee engagement.
π Create an inclusive and inspiring work environment where employees feel heard and valued.
π Represent HR in monthly OR and CPBW meetings, ensuring open communication with leadership.
Operational & Financial HR Management
π Prepare monthly HR KPI reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
π Manage the HR budget effectively, ensuring resources are used optimally.
π Oversee HR compliance, ensuring alignment with Belgian labor laws and industry best practices.
What we expect from you
π Bachelorβs or Masterβs Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
π At least 5 years of HR experience, including leadership roles
π Strong knowledge of HR processes and Belgian labor law
π Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies
π Experience with HR technology and digital transformation
π Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
π Fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written
