Your Responsibilities

Sales Strategies 🀝 β€’ Team Management πŸ‘₯ β€’ Business ReviewsΒ πŸ“ˆ

  • We’re looking for 2 sales managers, one for Flanders and one for Wallonia.
  • Develop and deploy comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Follow market trends, stay up-to-date with competition and analyze customer data to improve and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead, inform and inspire the sales team, coach and develop to maximum potential.
  • Set team targets, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
  • Manage and reinforce relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain a database of new and existing contacts and leads.
  • Create sales presentations and demonstrate the features and benefits of our services.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts and close sales deals.
  • Organize regular business reviews, events and monitor customer feedback.
  • Secure customer excellence in offer, quality and service.
  • Prepare yearly budget, recurrent forecasts and submit monthly sales reports.
  • Follow market conditions and where necessary pro-actively adjust sales plans accordingly.
  • Represent our brand at relevant networking events and trade shows.
  • Work closely with logistic and after sales teams in Belgium to guarantee customer satisfaction and with marketing and product teams in the group to develop and market the right offer.
  • Build positive change and transformation.

What we expect from you

5+ years sales experience πŸ’Ό β€’ Exceeding Sales Targets πŸ“ˆ β€’ Excellent Communication Skills πŸ“£

  • Master degree or similar by experience.
  • 5+ years’ sales experience, with 2+ years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Enthusiastic, pro-active and result oriented.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape and current best practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Perfect knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
  • Develop and deploy comprehensive sales strategies.
