He starts The Lighthouse in &#8217;93 and Brandlab in &#8217;02 working with clients such as Omega Pharma, Mayerline and Toyota. After an intermediate stop in Real Estate (Century 21) Luc turns his sights to Direct Search as a Partner of Talent Gallery (&#8217;16) where he places highly placed profiles for companies such as Sligro, Alken Maes and Savencia.<\/p><p>In 2022, armed with a wealth of experience, Luc founded a new contemporary Direct Search agency called Talent Consulting Team, where he places candidates
